The space Our home is perfectly suited for your family and friends to enjoy time together, and a great retreat from your activities at the nearby lakes and the Great Smoky Mountains! We've worked hard to make sure you are fully accomidated! On the main floor you'll find a gorgeous, relaxing (and very large!) living room with comfy couches and chair, fireplace, table for six, and smart TV. The beautiful kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, silverware, all your cooking essentials and appliances...even four ways to make your coffee! You'll also find on the main level two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The first large bedroom/bathroom has a king bed, rocker chair, double-vanity, and deluxe dual-shower (see pictures)! The second bedroom/bathroom has a queen bed, a futon sofa/bed (queen), a dedicated workspace, and an antique clawfoot tub. Also on the main floor is the spacious dining room (with seating for 6+) and convenient laundry room. Heading upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, with a full bathroom in between. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two twin beds and a couple of plush chairs. In the hall, you'll also find a good selection of board-games, children's books and toys! Finally, you can relax on our charming, covered, string-lit back patio in this quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Also enjoy the fenced-in grassy backyard with Adirondack chairs, fire-pit and charcoal grill. We have plenty of parking spaces on the alley side of the property, as well as the perfect spot for your RV! (120V/20A outlet available for light use only — charging/lights ok, no AC or appliances.) ABSOLUTELY NO parties allowed. Please limit noise after 9pm. No more than 12 people on the premises at one time. Each guest will be provided a bath towel, hand towel, wash towel, hair towel, and makeup towel. (Please make sure to include the correct number of guests in your reservation!) Please log into your own streaming services, and log out when you leave. (We will not be held responsible for purchases on your account because you didn't log out.) Provide your own wood for the outdoor firepit. (Ingles sells firewood 3 minutes away.) Indoor gas fireplace is only available October - April. Outdoor cameras on premises.
