Settle into comfortable seating and enjoy movie nights on the smart TV, or simply unwind while taking in the beautiful pool views through the fully sliding glass doors. Board games, books for kids and adults, and magazines are available for easy, laid-back entertainment. Kitchen & Dining Area The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. It features brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and refrigerator with ice maker. You’ll find all the essentials—pots and pans, utensils, baking sheets, and basic cooking supplies—along with a kettle, toaster, blender, espresso machine, and regular coffee maker. Gather around the island with seating for four or enjoy meals together at the dining table for six. Bedrooms Each bedroom is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet with an iron and ironing board. The second bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with two twin beds. All bedrooms include high ceilings, ceiling fans, high-quality linens, and extra pillows and blankets for a restful night’s sleep. Bathrooms The home features two thoughtfully designed bathrooms. One includes a spacious walk-in shower, while the second also offers a shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush Egyptian cotton bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and other essential amenities to help you feel refreshed and at home. Lanai & Pool Step outside to your private outdoor retreat. The covered lanai overlooks the heated pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy outdoor dining at the table for six, fire up the gas grill, or relax on the comfortable sectional with a cup of coffee. Sun loungers and recliners are available for soaking up the Florida sunshine or unwinding poolside. Garage Access The garage is stocked with everything you need for beach days and outdoor fun, including bikes, pickleball paddles, foldable beach chairs, a wheeled cooler, beach umbrella, and pool floaties. Please note: the garage is not available for guest parking, as it contains a covered car that is not to be used or touched. All amenities listed remain available. Guests may check in as early as 1:00 PM (2 hours before the regular 3:00 PM check-in time) for an additional fee of $60. Late check-out is available until 12:00 PM (2 hours past the regular 10:00 AM check-out time) for an additional fee of $60. No smoking on premises: inside the house, lanai, porch, garage. Violation fee will be issued for extra cleaning. No pets, events, parties, or large gatherings permitted (more than 10 people). An optional daily fee for pool heating ranges from $20 to $40, depending on outdoor temperatures and the heater schedule. This allows flexibility in adjusting the pool's temperature to suit your preferences during your stay. Strict No Animal policy, including EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS, due to owner’s severe allergies. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund and will incur a $500 violation fee.
