We are an AirBnB Apartment complex consisting of 20 apartments, all on the same floor, on the roof of our Backhaus company. We have 3 common areas that you can use outside your room. Our rooftop terrace area is actively in service and offers views of Vadi Istanbul, Galatasaray Stadium, Radisson Hotel and the forest with its non-smoking indoor area and outdoor smoking areas. The space Our 20 apartments offer a wide variety of options, from the smallest 1+0 to a huge 4+1 in a single apartment. Filter coffee, Turkish coffee and tea are easily served during working hours. We also provide 24-hour hot, cold or room temperature drinking water free of charge through our Waternet machines. We have a flexible self-check-in option 24 hours a day. All you have to do is show your reservation to our security personnel at the security gate and get your room access information. Our common areas have a washing machine and dryer. Your private room has an iron, ironing board, mini fridge and a small TV unit. We do not offer kitchen service. However, if you order from outside, you can use the microwave, cutlery and plates in the common areas. We offer clean linens and towel change services for long-term stays or when needed. All our bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with brand new VRF air conditioning systems. In addition, we have 100 megabit symmetrical (uninterrupted) high-speed internet service via Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas. Two elevators connect you to our door on the ground floor. Just press the 2nd floor. We offer the option to drop off your luggage and park in just 20 minutes. If you have a car, you can park for free on the roadside in front of our security gate, and for a fee in Vadi Istanbul for long-term stays. There is usually no problem with parking on the side of the road. Guest access We are in front of Vadi Istanbul Shopping Center, which has the most customers in Turkey with its breakfast, cafe and restaurant options. Some even start working at 7:00 in the morning, like Starbucks and Sarıyer Börek. There is no need to cook as these alternatives are very close to each other. Getir, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol food applications are food delivery applications widely used in Turkey. Getir and iTaxi can also be used for taxi services. We also have a free Havaray service every 5 minutes from the very early hours of the morning. Havaray departs from Vadi Istanbul and reaches Galatasaray Stadium in 2 minutes. You have good connections to Istanbul's main metro system at Galatasaray Stadium. Other things to note You can use our rooftop terrace as you wish without any restrictions. Our indoor common areas in front of the rooms are very convenient without smoking for 24 hours.
