Use of Utility by negotiation for long term guests additional fees for washer/dryer. Property is in small close in Romsey appro 10 mins from Peppa Pig.. The space Suitable for family of 6 for friends or family travelling together. (3 Bedrooms 2 King/Bunk beds/2 Cots. Use of all the Kitchen, Dining Room, Lounge, Garden, Private Shower room and Shared Family Bathroom and Parking. Host lives in property but is almost invisible as I am always busy visiting friends and family. Also able to configure the sleeping arrangements if no children and bunk beds not required so please enquire. Can provide a Double or Single Airbed /Camp bed and linen on negotiation.
