Five bedrooms, a beautiful large stone fireplace and the generous kitchen and living rooms provide a convenient and comfortable space. Room 5: A versatile room with one queen bed and one twin bed, ideal for small families or friends who prefer to stay close. Bathrooms: Main Floor: A convenient powder room, easily accessible for children and guests. Upstairs: Two well-appointed bathrooms. One features a modern shower, while the other boasts a charming clawfoot bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Outdoor Amenities: BBQ: Enjoy outdoor cooking with two BBQ grills located right outside the dining room's sliding door. Perfect for grilling up a feast and dining al fresco. Availability: Summer (July and August): Minimum stay of 7 nights. Spring and Fall: Minimum stay of 3 nights. Groups renting the lodge in spring or fall can also take advantage of one of our common buildings for their activities, providing additional space and convenience for workshops or group events. Other things to note The Lodge is available for stays of 7 nights or more in July and August (Sunday-Sunday) and for stays of 3 nights or more in spring and fall. Billie Bear Resort provides all bed linens, bath towels for inside the cottage (please pack your personal beach towels for outdoor use), dish soap and dish cloths, hand soap for kitchen and washroom and garbage bags. All non-motorized watercraft are included in your rental including paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and paddleboats. Clean and dry lifejackets and mandatory boat safety equipment are located in Bear Cub, next to the beach. We also have two motorized aluminum boats for rental. Beach toys for play and sand castle building are located in bins on the porch of Bear Cub, next to the beach. All sports equipment are located in bins next to the playing area for that sport.
