The space 🏠 Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to combine the best of Lisbon’s charm with modern comforts. The space includes a cozy living area, a fully-equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi – perfect for digital nomads or remote work. Located in the heart of Lisbon, you’ll be just steps away from cafés, restaurants, art galleries, and the riverside. 🚗 Private Parking Enjoy the convenience of private parking in the building’s secure garage, so you can park your car with ease while exploring Lisbon. 🅿️ No need to worry about finding parking in the city center! A dedicated workspace with desk and comfortable chair is available for working or studying. Guest access 🔑 Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay, including all amenities such as the kitchen, Wi-Fi and private parking. You’ll find essentials like towels, bed linens and a coffee maker in the kitchen. We strive to make sure you feel at home! Important Note!! In accordance with Portuguese law (Law No. 31/2012, of August 14, which regulates Urban Rental for Special Temporary Purposes), all guests are required to sign a short contract upon arrival. This procedure is mandatory to ensure compliance with legal regulations. If a guest refuses to sign the contract, the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Other things to note Check in is available anytime after 4pm. After 10pm there is no customer support available but you will always have access to the check in instructions. Please read them carefully and clarify any questions before arrival.
