Check out: 10:00 Self check-in with lock-box 2. Crossways requires a Security hold of £250. It will be collected by a secure online form and needs to be completed with 48 hours of booking. 3. Guests are required to sign and agree our Rental Agreement 4. To comply with immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 full names and nationalities of guests over the age of 16 must be provided. Guests who are not British, Irish, or from a Commonwealth country will also be required to provide a passport number, place of issue and details of onward travel. This will be collected through our rental agreement 5. No smoking or vaping on site 6. No parties or events 7. We welcome a maximum of two well‑behaved dogs. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, dogs aren’t allowed in the bedrooms or on any furniture, and they must not be left alone in the property. Being in a new environment can make some dogs anxious, and we want to avoid any stress for them or any accidental damage. If you need to go out without your dog, we provide contact details for several excellent local doggy day‑care facilities. In the unlikely event that your dog causes any damage, the cost will be deducted from your damage deposit. 8. We ask that you respect our neighbours' privacy. Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum
