We welcome 2 guests to our family home. A bright bedroom awaits you with a double bed and private en-suite bathroom. You will also have a garage and a private terrace. In the heart of Euratechnologies and its amenities: Canteleu metro station 5 minutes away, VLille 200 m away, shops and restaurants 2 steps away. Ideal location for visiting Lille and its surroundings: 20 minutes from Old Lille (on foot) and train stations (by metro), 15 minutes from the Grand Stade (by car). The space This 12 m² room is located on the 1st floor of our house. It is accessible through the entrance hallway without going through the living rooms. The bathroom and toilet are on the same landing. The kitchen is accessible for simple preparations (access to microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and utensils). The street is quiet, close to the Canteleu metro, highways, V Lille station, shops. Guest access The neighborhood is easily accessible from downtown Lille or the ring road. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. The bus to the Grand Stade is 3 minutes away. Ilevia offers passes for an evening or passes from one to seven days. As in all of Lille, there is a charge for street parking. But possibility to park in blue zone (limited to 2 hours) 200 meters away in the municipality of Lambersart.
