Hot tub available from 1/3/25 at extra cost of £200 The space The kitchen at The Beeches serves as the heart of the home, equipped with an array of fantastic features to facilitate easy cooking. Its expansive design, complemented by bifolding doors, floods the space with natural light and creates an airy atmosphere. Adorned with stylish porcelain tiles and boasting underfloor heating, the kitchen also features an impressive central island. Among its amenities, you'll find a sizable Aga complete with two cooking chambers, two hobs, and a warming plate, alongside a Neff dishwasher, spacious double fridge, microwave, and a pantry cupboard for essential storage. Adjacent to the kitchen lies a utility room, accessible through a stable door to the outside, providing a convenient spot to deposit muddy boots after a day of outdoor adventures. The adjoining dining room exudes elegance with its natural stone fireplace and spacious table, perfect for hosting celebratory meals. Relax in the expansive lounge, illuminated by ample natural light streaming in through sizable windows. Furnished with a generous corner sofa and three additional chairs, guests can cosy up by the wood burning stove during the colder months, enjoying a glass of wine. Complete with a wall-mounted flat screen TV and surround sound speakers, movie nights are transformed into memorable experiences. Adjacent to the lounge is a games room housing a pool table, a favorite spot for both children and adults. French doors lead out onto the main lawn at the front of the house, enhancing the appeal of this inviting space. The Beeches has five luxury bedrooms that each offer a great night's sleep. Each room has lovely views, a TV and plenty of storage space. They also all offer the option of being set up as a super king size double or twin room, offering you plenty of flexibility. The three bathrooms all provide luxury facilities that make your day that little bit better. The delightful ensuite to the master bedroom is a huge wet room space with a Honsgrohe massage shower, a bath with pull-out shower attachment, wash basin and WC. The shared family bathroom also has a large bath with a pull-out shower attachment, a separate walk-in shower , a wash basin and WC. There's another ensuite, for bedroom five, which has a walk-in shower. Stepping outside, the patio features a small table and chairs, and a lovely big seating area features rattan sofas, comfy cushions and side tables, meaning you can socialise outside when the sun is shining. The patio then flows around to the front of the property and allows you to take in the far-reaching views. Here sits a chiminea, a large wooden table, chairs and a parasol that can seat 10 guests. Enjoy relaxing in the 8 seater Jacuzzi hot tub with massage jets, waterfalls and blue tooth speakers (not included in price of stay, please see 'other details to note' section for details). Guest access You will have access to the whole property and garden. Other things to note We are happy to be able to offer an outside catering experience featuring a private chef. Elevate your event or special occasion with a bespoke dinner party, where our skilled chef crafts a menu tailored to your preferences, creating a memorable experience for you and your guests. if this is something that you would like to add to your stay please let me know. There are two wood-burning stoves situated in the lounge and the dining room. We provide a complimentary basket of logs (please note that for health and safety reasons, we do not supply fire lighters or matches, so remember to bring your own). Our recommended method is to place crumpled newspaper at the bottom, followed by kindling on top. Light the newspaper, slightly leave the door ajar to allow the kindling to ignite, and then add a few logs before closing the door. Should you require more logs they can be purchased at the property, please call or text David. Feel free to bring along your furry companions, but we kindly request that you pre-book their stay. While they are more than welcome in the open plan kitchen and lounge areas, we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring they refrain from venturing into the bedrooms and climbing upstairs. To maintain the pristine condition of our property, we kindly ask that dogs be kept off the furniture. Please refrain from leaving them unattended during your stay. Please note that there is a nominal charge of £40 per dog, and we permit a maximum of two dogs per property.
