Ideal for groups of families and/or friends looking to enjoy a few days on the farm, surrounded by nature! The Space has 8 chalets, all with their own bathrooms. Common areas such as a ranch with kitchen, TV room and fireplace, pool area with pergola, game room, soccer field, small farm, lakes and trails. Let's say it's a farm hotel-style accommodation for you and your group to enjoy exclusively, as we host one group at a time. The space The space accommodates up to 28 people, but the daily rate is for 16 adult guests. Above this number of guests, additional amount upon request by message. Children up to 12 years old stay free. Cozy and rustic atmosphere, with Minas Gerais decoration... because we are 5 km from the border with Minas Gerais. The ideal space for groups is divided into four plateaus: 1) Right on arrival is the first plateau, where there is parking, a small shop, TV room, fireplace room, ranch and two bathrooms. 2) Crossing the bridge over the pond and climbing the stairs leads to the second plateau. Where the pergola, swimming pool, game room, plus two bathrooms are located. Following still on the same plateau are also the first four chalets, which accommodate 3 people each. 3) Going up the car ramp or the stairs gives access to the third plateau, where chalets 5 and 6 are located, accommodating 4 people. 4) And going up a few more meters, we arrive at the fourth and last plateau, where there are cottages 7 and 8, each also accommodating 4 people. The RANCHO has a full kitchen with a wood-burning stove and oven, a 5-burner gas stove, barbecue and pizza oven. In addition, it has a vertical refrigerator and a horizontal freezer. It also has tables, chairs, a baby chair and cabinets where various kitchen and barbecue utensils are available (after booking confirmation, we will make the list of items available). The TV ROOM and FIREPLACE ROOM are super cozy environments and ideal for those cold and rainy days. For children, a toy library for various ages and books is available. There is also a TV with more than 250 channels available and some sofas, poufs, table and chairs. Right next door, in the fireplace room, there are armchairs, sofas and a cupboard with glasses. Outside, there is a balcony with a hammock and some benches. Also on the first plateau, there is a PLAYGROUND for children up to 10 years old, with slides, swings, a merry-go-round and sandbox. We have a LITTLE STORE in our space. We currently sell vegetables from the garden, eggs from the farm's hens, charcoal, some souvenirs from the space and other things available for sale! Arriving at the second plateau, there is the SWIMMING POOL and the GAME ROOM. This area features a great open entertaining space, with a pergola, sun loungers, umbrella, tables and chairs. In addition, in the game room there are pool tables, foosball, ping-pong and cards. A great atmosphere for everyone to get together! The accommodations are divided into EIGHT comfortable CHALETS with TV (by contracting prepaid SKY) and private bathrooms, with four chalets accommodating 3 people and the other four chalets 4 people, totaling 28 people. All chalets have a gas shower (with instructions on how to use it near the register), fans, tables and places to put your luggage. There is also a hammock and a clothesline is available behind the bathroom door. Our cottages are divided into: Cottages 1 to 4 with 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed; Cottages 5 and 6 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, minibar and fireplace; Cottages 7 and 8 with 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds. There is a large parking lot for 8 cars. In addition, cottages 5 to 8 have private parking next door. In total, there are 12 parking spaces. Guest access Espaço Paiol de Telha has two hosting areas. The first is ideal for groups of up to 28 people (airbnb.com.br/h/paiol-de-telha). And now we're launching a new concept of accommodation for couples, the Sunset (airbnb.com.br/h/paiol-de-telha-cabana-por-do-sol) and Stone huts (airbnb.com.br/h/paiol-de-telha-cabana-da-pedra). Both areas are in the same location, but in distant places, ensuring total privacy for all. It is worth mentioning that the accommodations described above are available to the group that booked, and other guests are not allowed to stay on site. Upon arrival at the gate, you will have signs to access your reserved location. In addition to the exclusive space for the group, all our guests can enjoy the small farm with chickens, geese, rabbits, horses, donkeys, cows and oxen. Most animals are in specific enclosures and live in harmony with hosts and guests. A stream surrounded by riparian forest cuts across the entire length of the land, forming rest areas, such as the hammock area. There are also three lakes, the last of which can be used for sport fishing. On the outskirts of the property, there are hiking and nature trails. We have the 800-meter Urubu Trail, which guests can walk to the clearing of a small rock on the property. Other things to note - There is no cellular signal in the Space. Only in the woods near the road and the gate is there 3G signal. But we do offer Wi-Fi in the main area of the site. - Pets are allowed. We are pet friendly! But we warn you that there is a lot of green and open area here! Other animals may appear. And our fences are made of barbed wire and are not completely closed, and there may be escape routes at some points. - If you want to hire SKY for the TVs in the chalets, it is possible to hire the service. Check with the host for an additional fee. - We do not provide bed linen, bath towels or blankets.
