You also have access to the tennis courts and playgrounds, in addition to the community outdoor pool (maintenance and staffing dependent) in the summer. No guest access to the garage. Other things to note Timberhaus is in the Timberline community with great access to Mt Hood Wilderness. We do have some neighbors that are local residents, please be respectful.
