Want to enjoy nature at the gates of the city? 10 km from Metz, in the greenery of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park and at the foot of many hiking trails, discover our comfortable house in Vaux, quiet, in a cul-de-sac. Spacious and peaceful house of 155 m² with garden for a relaxing stay for the whole family, composed of a large living room, functional kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Share our haven of peace by taking care of it as we do. The space Our house is composed as follows: * on the lower half-level: - one bedroom with sofa bed in 160 x 200 - a shower room with separate toilet and washing machine + dryer * on the ground floor: - an entrance - a large living room of more than 50 m² - a functional equipped kitchen with terrace and garden access * on the upper half-level: - one bedroom with 180 x 200 bed (with a baby bed) - one bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed - a bedroom often used by children with a 90 x 200 bed, a 90 x 200 cabin bed, a 90 x 190 drawer bed (only children) and a 90 x 140 cabin bed (only children also in view of the length) - bathroom with bathtub and double sink - a separate toilet * outside: a pleasant garden with a swing and a slide, as well as a terrace and garden furniture for eating outside on sunny days Guest access The entire house is available for guests, with the exception of the garage and attic. As this is our family home, the cabinets and cupboards are filled with our belongings. We rely on guests to take care of the place. We set up a security deposit of €150 to be provided upon arrival, which will be used to cover cleaning costs in particular if this is not done at the end of the stay. This is a substantial amount, but we have had some disappointments with very careless guests. Other things to note We spent several years renovating our house from floor to ceiling. There are still some finishing touches to be done, and the exterior has not yet had its facelift (hence our lower price than the surrounding homes), but the house is quite usable and comfortable as it is. In addition, we have 1 cat (Zephyr, aka "Nain-nain") who is wild and lives outside. He only comes to the terrace to ask for food. Your only contribution will therefore be to regularly fill his bowls with kibble (left by us) and water. Thank you for your understanding!
