Enjoy stylish, modern accommodation in the heart of downtown Issoire. For athletes who want to tackle the Monts d'Auvergne by bike or bikers who love to ride in beautiful landscapes, a closed garage will allow you to store your equipment but does not allow you to park a vehicle. The space This accommodation is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. It consists of a ground floor resembling a garage but which does not allow you to park your vehicle. This garage is too small to accept a car, but you can store bicycles for those who are on a sports vacation, motorcycles that will be protected from the weather, or strollers for young parents. To do this, please ask us for the key that was not initially on the key ring. On the first floor, you enter the living room/kitchen. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all appliances: fridge (with freezer), oven, microwave, stove, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. You also have a raclette machine for two people for winter evenings. Household products, sponges and dish towels are always available. You will also have oil, vinegar, salt and pepper as well as tea and herbal tea. In the living room, the sofa is convertible to make a 2nd bed. An individual bench is also available. Also available in this room are a children's toy chest with books and a few board games. Opposite the sofa, a TV is installed on the wall. On the 2nd floor, you will find a large bedroom with an open bathroom. This room is equipped with a new 160 X 200 bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, a console where you can place your computer equipment for example and a rest/reading area with rocking chair and finally a TV on the wall facing the bed. When you go to this room, you will have paperback books at your disposal. The bathroom consists of a shower but also a bathtub, a modern sink and large mirror with integrated light and a towel dryer. A hair dryer is available as well as a first aid kit. Linens and towels are provided. We do the cleaning ourselves, which will be included in your fees, you will simply be asked to undo the bed and leave sheets and towels on the floor in a ball or in the bathtub. Please note that it is impossible to park on the street of our house but several free parking lots are very close to the accommodation. Regarding activities, the tourist office is just a stone's throw from the accommodation to guide you on cultural visits or provide you with information for your hikes or other sports activities. In Issoire, you can enjoy a large and very extensive market every Saturday morning and festive evenings at the Vendred'Issoire every Friday in July and August, where you can eat, enjoy small concerts around part of the boulevard, and a night market.
