Guests staying in The Queen Room at Oakfield have easy access to 1.5 SHARED bathrooms, conveniently located nearby (full bathroom upstairs near room and the other downstairs near the kitchen). One full bathroom located around the corner from the Queen Room, and another half bathroom located downstairs near the kitchen. PARKING: You’ll find ample parking options in the driveway, directly in front of the house, and along the fence at the nearest cross street of Springer Drive. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate of the space, ensuring two cars can fit in the driveway or two cars in front of the home. COMMON AREAS: Our home offers wide, open spaces for your enjoyment! Guests have 24/7 access to the common areas, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, the backyard, and bathrooms. THE KITCHEN: Our kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring a large island and a farmhouse-style dining table for four. You’ll have access to a refrigerator and freezer, with designated shelves and drawers for your food. Utilize the microwave, oven, Keurig, and all kitchen utensils and amenities available. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, napkins, salt, pepper, various seasonings, brown raw sugar, a selection of regular and decaf tea, and organic coffee. The kitchen is always open for you to use. Do please be mindful of noise though! THE LIVING ROOM: Our living room offers large sectional sofas, perfect for relaxing or working in comfort. PRIVACY, SECURITY, & SAFETY: For your peace of mind, you will receive a private, personal code for the home’s front door deadbolt and your private room. The home features smart lock, keyless entry systems. Each code is uniquely generated for each guest and is valid only for the duration of your stay, ensuring maximum safety and security.
