The space WELCOME TO THE ROOF The Roof is a brand-new 2024 beach house at the tip of Holiday Isle, on Destin's Emerald Coast. Your unit, Unit B, has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths (all bedrooms have an ensuite), sleeps 13, with a rooftop tub and sun deck overlooking Destin Harbor and the East Pass. From the rooftop you'll watch sailboats slip through the jetties at sunset, see Crab Island light up across the bay, and have a 360-degree panorama of the Gulf of Mexico and the harbor. It's the kind of feature people photograph and remember. THE HOUSE — THREE FLOORS Designed for big groups who want their own bedrooms. Ground floor: Two-car garage, laundry, kids' game room with an Xbox, 1 daybed and a laundry room. From the ground level, you can walk to the pool and hot tub and two beach cabanas. Grab the cushions from the garage and you're set for the day. Feel free to bbq, using the grill found in the garage. Second floor: Wide-open living + dining + kitchen great-room with floor-to-ceiling views over the dunes to the Gulf. Stainless appliances, designer kitchen, farm table that seats ten and barstools that seat 3. There's a guest bedroom on this floor with a queen and 4 bunk beds — the kids's favorite room. Third floor: The master suite with private ensuite (walk-in shower, walk-in closet, soaking tub, double vanity), plus 2 additional guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The Roof: take the stairs all the way up. The rooftop has sun deck and freshwater rooftop tub. Sunset here is the trip. THE BEACH Beach access is about 50 yards down the road — three houses to the public access path, then a short walk through the dunes to the sugar-white sand of the Emerald Coast. The neighborhood beach sits on the East Pass, protected by the jetties, which means calm, clear emerald water great for paddleboards (stored in the garage), snorkeling, and kids who aren't ready for big surf. Note: The property has a fenced backyard between the house and the dunes — the walk to the public access is the way to the beach.
