Beautiful and cozy studio in downtown Madrid

This charming accommodation is in the lively neighborhood of Lavapiés, one of the most authentic areas of Madrid. A few steps away you will find Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Palacio Real and Almudena Cathedral, as well as the streets of La Latina, famous for its tapas. The Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums are very close. The area has excellent transportation, with Tirso de Molina Metro Station (L1) just a 2-minute walk away. Beautifully decorated to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere, it has a double bed with full lingerie and air conditioning cold/heat for all seasons. It also has a fully equipped open kitchen, dining table and TV, designed for your convenience. The bathroom is small but functional. Its prime location will allow you to explore the main attractions, restaurants and streets full of life in Madrid on foot. Guest access As a family building, the neighbors greatly appreciate it when we take care of cleanliness, keep the passageways free of luggage, and avoid loud noises in the hallways. Babies and small children are not allowed, as the space and features of the accommodation are not suitable for them. Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out, as there are other guests and we need time to clean and prepare the apartment. In addition, we don't have a safe space to store it. Only those included in the reservation may stay. No additional visitors, meetings or parties are allowed. Please keep noise levels moderate, especially at night (10:00 pm - 9:00 am) Do not move the furniture in the accommodation. Make proper use of appliances, do not leave them on unnecessarily, especially if no one is in the accommodation. Leave the accommodation in a reasonably tidy and clean condition.
