Cozy studio in Lassay-les-Châteaux

In Lassay-les-Châteaux, 3rd favorite village of the French in 2023, we offer this pretty studio completely renovated in a beautiful corner of greenery, quiet, and close to the village and all its amenities (10 min walk, 2 min drive). The accommodation, designed for two adults (plus possibly a toddler), has all the comforts you'll need on site. A large outdoor terrace with views of a beautiful garden awaits you. The space Welcome to Les Hautes Rouves! Completely renovated in 2024, our fully equipped studio, nestled in a green area, is located in the immediate vicinity of the village of Lassay-les-Châteaux. The studio is equipped with a sleeping area with a 160 x 200 cm bed, to which a mattress topper has been added for added comfort, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.), a bathroom with shower, and a seating area. A well-stocked library of novels and comics is available for guests to enjoy. A few board games will also help liven up your evenings. Two hiking trails are right at your doorstep, allowing you to reach the village through the forest in 15 minutes on foot or to visit the 3 castles in 1 hour. The village center, meanwhile, can be reached on foot via the road (10 minutes) or by car (1 minute). The place is very quiet, and you might be lucky enough to hear a tawny owl in the evening, which seems to have made its home not far from there. We look forward to welcoming you!
