The space is located 2 km from Vitória Airport, in a residential neighborhood. The house is close to a bakery, pharmacies, supermarkets, great restaurants and various bars. Easy access to public transportation and UBER, a 15-minute walk from Camburi Beach and a 20-minute walk from the Federal University of Espírito Santo. We provide towels, bed linens and kitchen utensils. The entrance is independent and has a flight of stairs to the back of another residence. Guest access The guest will have access to a private balcony, garage and guest house.
