It’s only near to these major places down here! You wonder where to go around? There are recommended places are closed to the property. Nearby places: -Bush airport 20 minutes -Big River Water park on TX 242 (7minutes) -Speed go kart on Tx 242 (7 minutes) -Valley Ranch shopping center (5 minutes) -Lake Houston State Park -Lake Houston -H‑E‑B, Walmart, Salons… -Deerbrook mall, Woodland mall Guest access -Keyless entry for check in. -No shoes upstair and on carpet. An additional charge of $200 for shampooing carpet for violation. -Guests have access to the whole house and closets. -Garage is locked and not for guests to use. Other things to note There are charcoal bbq grill on the property but you have to purchase charcoal to use it. Also since other guest may use before you so you would have to clean it yourself or pay $60 for professional cleaning grill and have to notice 24 hours before your arrival. There are 3 small pots and pans and 1 medium pot for cooking plus baking pan. If you need more than the cooking utensils you need to bring your own. There are no smoking and no animals allowed in and around the property.
