This brand new villa boasts a Saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, 4 bedrooms all en-suite, one bedroom is in a separate building just steps from the main villa, an indoor/ outdoor kitchen, TV areas and all fully secluded behind a private wall. As you walk through the gate in to February 30 Villa you will be immersed in the tranquil beauty and positive energy of the villa. The space A few steps up to the villa you are greeted by the crystal clear saltwater private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets accompanied by comfortable sun loungers. Enter through the sliding glass doors to the open plan living area with fully equipped Western style kitchen, dining table and luxury sofas to relax and watch tv. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite, it has sliding doors to bring the outside in and views of the pool area. Bedroom 2 is the same set up as the master bedroom, also overlooking the pool and outside patio. Bedroom 3 has twin beds which can be made in to a king and also has its own en-suite bathroom, perfect for kids. There is also a utility room with washing machine and an office set up with a sliding room dividing door for privacy. The office area can also be an extra sleeping space with a futon bed. Bedroom 4 is located in it's own building in the garden area and again has an en-suite bathroom and twin beds. There is an outside undercover seating and TV area and outdoor kitchen. The play area is perfect for the children as the whole villa is fully walled. There is a large green area which is perfect for yoga, lounging and outside sundown cocktails. If the Guest would prefer a 2 bed we can shut down the other rooms and provide a discount. Other things to note Important note: Electricity is not included. It will be calculated upon check-in/out at THB 7.8/unit. A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival for each stay to ensure electricity and other expenses or damages that may occur.
