We encourage families and guests use our 5 beach cruiser bicycles and take a ride on the family friendly bike path along the Silver Strand! The unit is equipped with 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 1 sofa couch, to comfortably host your friends and family during your San Diego Adventure! The space This property is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse located in Imperial Beach just 7 minutes away from Coronado, CA via the Silver Strand. This is a 3 level home with the garage on the ground floor, the living and dining room on the 2nd floor, and the bedrooms and laundry on the 3rd floor. There is central AC throughout the entire unit, and a private patio that is not facing any other units. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. One bedroom consists of a king bed and the other bedroom is equipped with 2 full sized bunk beds that is great for adults or children. The living room and bedrooms all have cable television and the entire house has excellent WiFi speeds. The property has a 2 car garage. The garage can fit either 2 sedans or 1 SUV and 1 small sedan. The garage CAN NOT fit 2 SUV’s. Please plan rental cars according prior to arrival. We provide several courtesy beach cruisers to enjoy the Silver Strand bike path with your friends and family or take a bike ride down to Imperial Beach!
