Cabañas Mirador de las Sierras 1, is located within a complex of cabins in the "La Cascada" area, a very quiet neighborhood, quiet and close to different tourist points of the City (La Cascada, Sierra del Tigre, Cristo de las Sierras, El Valle de Tandil Golf). It's an ideal place to spend a few days with your family and rest surrounded by nature. The cabin is fully equipped to provide you with a very comfortable stay. The space Mirador de las Sierras 1 cabins are located within a cabin complex in the "La Cascada" or "Don Bosco" area, a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to different tourist points of the City (La Cascada, Sierra del Tigre, Cristo de las Sierras, El Valle de Tandil Golf). The cabin is located 15 minutes (6km) from downtown. It's an ideal place to spend a few days with your family and rest, surrounded by nature. The cabin is located in a large park overlooking the "Las Animas" mountains, which is monitored with security cameras 24 hours a day. The distance between cabins is approximately 35/40 meters, so your privacy is assured. The property has a fully fenced pool (not heated), playground for children and a soccer field. The cabin is fully equipped to provide you with a very comfortable stay. It has a full set of dishes, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, natural gas heating, excellent Wi-Fi internet service (fiber optic), a 32" Samsung Led TV with Direct TV, air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a bidet and a hair dryer, and an individual grill located in the gallery. Upstairs there is a double bed and a single bed. On the main floor there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep. The parking area is uncovered. The rate includes: -Cleaning service every other day. -Laundry: bed linen, towels and bath towels with a change every other day. -Dry breakfast: coffee, milk, homemade jam, butter, dulce de leche and dairy bread for toasting are left in the cabin for you to prepare breakfast. -Access to an outdoor pool (not heated), fully fenced. Check-in time is 2:30 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Cleaning hours are, without exception, between 10 am and 1 pm. Other things to note for your stay: * You must bring dish towels to use in the kitchen as we do not provide them because they are for personal use. * You must bring towels to use in the pool. * The cleaning service does not include washing the dishes used. * Firewood for the home and grill is not included in the rate, its use is optional and its provision is charged separately. * No pets allowed. * People who are not staying in the complex are not allowed in, unless expressly authorized by management
