Fairy Tale House

Fairy Tale House, this is my home, looks like escaped from a movie (people call it "The Hobbit" or Handsel & Gretel's house)... Unique relaxing atmosphere with the comfort of a modern house. It is big, spacious and fresh, two floors a deck and nice front garden. There is a guest house at the very back of the back garden and an apartment attached to the house, where I live. The space The house is made with the traditional hatch roof, doors and windows come from Montevideo's colonial houses demolition. The front door is a big almost two story height wood and glass 4 panels outstanding piece, that it is the preview of the magic inside. You access the house and first thing you see it is a stair going up and down... ... go up the stairs to the living room, dining room, full equipped kitchen and deck. (your exclusive use garden is at front). The dining room has a marble table for 6/8 people, living room with a small enchanted table ideal for playing board games, one bed like cauch for naps or extra sleeping and a hanging hammock for indoors relaxation. ...you go down to the bedrooms (one en-suite). There is a NON SMOKING policy in all the property, even in the garden! The garden is big, and there is a guest house in the back of it. There is also an independent entrance (Through the back garden) little apartment attached to the house with other friendly guests or myself!! If you don't feel like socializing, you can use the front garden and deck, not shared. The property is not safe for little kids!!! Sorry, NO pets! Guest access Outdoor space for cars parking. There are bicycles to use. Deck and front garden Other things to note On the deck there is a gas barbecue very easy to use! This is my home, so though there is plenty of room for your things, you'll see my personal stuff here and there around the house, in part of closets and in the kitchen. From inside the house, you see a blind locked door, it used to be a third bedroom but It’s been turned into a little apartment with an independent entrance From the garden (I live in it) Even thought here is another bedroom As mention before, there is a guesthouse at the end of the back garden, still you get all the privacy need it for a nice vacation.
