A beautiful, brand new annexe with a fab bathroom in the stunning countryside backing onto the Alice Holt Forest on the Surrey/ Hants border, and close to classy Fanrham. The property has recently been renovated and includes wood floors, underfoor heating and an immaculate bathroom. Your space is a double BR with private entrance. It features a comfy King-Sized bed, table & chairs, fridge, tea/ coffee, a great shower and a quiet exterior space to chill. Cooking facilities are not provided. The space The rental space is a large double bedroom with private bathroom including a powerful walk-in shower. The room is connected to the main property, but is separated through a locked door. This is YOUR private space and is not accessible to the owners. A private front door with a lock box means you can come and go as you want in privacy. You can park safely and securely in the driveway next to the green side door of the property It is brand new. We moved to this property from London 2 years ago and the whole property has been renovated and is in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Whilst cooking facilities are not provided, there is a small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee supplied. There is also a small table and 2 chairs, you are welcome to dine at the property / bring take-away. However we have an air mattress which we can offer to you if you have a child, or at a stretch, 2 little ones!
