The space This small house is organized on two levels: On the ground floor you will find the living room equipped with: - a lounge area with TV (Canal+, BeIN Sport) and comfortable sofa bed. - a dining area with equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster). Upstairs, attic (presence of a 1.70 m high beam): - a sleeping area with two beds (dimensions 80 x 200 cm) that can be brought together to form a double bed. This room opens onto the stairwell. - a small bathroom, accessible from the sleeping area, equipped with a sink with two storage drawers, a shower cubicle and a washing machine. - separate toilet (accessible through the bathroom). Please note that it is not possible to use the toilet in a standing position due to the attic ceilings. The upstairs Velux windows are equipped with blackout blinds, and the windows have electric roller shutters. The entrance is private, through a bay window with electric roller shutter. We live in a house next door.
