Our space offers a unique view of greens within the urban area of Pasig! We also offer FREE POOL ACCESS! The space Our home is a cozy space good to sleep 2-3 people comfortably, and is located on the 4th floor. Fur-babies are welcome for a small pet-fee and provided that they have vaccination records and are of a small to medium breed! Only 1 pet allowed though! Check-In Time: 3PM Check-Out Time: 12PM Location: Kasara Urban Resort Residences, P.E. Antonio, Ugong, Pasig Early check in and late check out may be accommodated on a case to case basis and is subject to a fee of PHP 250.00 / hour. Max of 2 hours early check in / late check out, subject to approval and billed via the Airbnb app. VERY IMPORTANT: We REQUIRE the submission of the following IMMEDIATELY after booking: - Government IDs of all guests (we do not have access to your ID submitted on the Airbnb platform) - Pet vaccination records if applicable ** DO NOT BOOK IF IDs ARE NOT READY TO BE SENT TO US RIGHT AWAY ** The property management office is only open from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. And Saturday, 8AM to 12NN. The security requires their approval on the move in papers and without it, you cannot check in. There is NO parking provided for cars but there is a gated open parking right across Kasara. Motorcycle parking is free within Kasara. PARKING RATES: PHP 50 every 4 hours from 4AM to 6PM PHP 150 from 6PM to 8AM (Opens at 4AM, Closes at 10PM) CONNECTIVITY: We installed a 75mbps internet service for your convenience. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with the following for your use and consumption: - Induction cooktop - Full refrigerator (8cu) - Rice cooker - Kettle - Microwave oven - Kitchenware (pots, pan, knives, ladle etc.) - Dinnerware (plates, bowls, glasses, cups etc.) - Dishwashing liquid & sponge - Coffee, creamer, sugar (complementary) LIVING: The living room has a 2 to 3 seater couch, with lots of throw pillows for added comfort. There is also a 40" smart TV that is equipped with HBO Go. The sofa also converts to a sofa bed for additional sleeping! Our home also has a lovely patio that looks out to the walking path, offering a nice view from within the unit. BATHROOM: Our shower is equipped with a water heater so you won’t have to worry if you don’t like cold baths. We have provided shampoo, body-wash, hand-wash & toilet paper for your consumption. 2 fresh towels are also provided for your use. We encourage you to bring your own towels if you will be needing more than 1 per person. BEDROOM: The bed is a queen and can fit 2 people comfortably. The sofa also converts to a sofa bed for additional sleeping. AMENTIES: Basketball Court - Open use time is from 2pm to 6pm, no applicable fees or reservations required. Usage outside of this time has applicable fees. Swimming Pool - Open from 6am to 7pm, Tueaday to Sunday. Free of charge for registered guests. OTHERS: We would like to kindly request our guests to take good care of our home as if it were your own. Parking is NOT included. Other things to note Stays that are a 7 days or less - Additional cleaning during your stay is not provided but should you need one, feel free to book via the GoodWorks app (fairly cheap for basic cleaning). For stays that are above 7 days - Do let us know if you wish to schedule cleaning, we are happy too accommodate a cleaning every 7 days.
