Location: • The lawn pool is located at the Upper Ground Floor. • Adult and kiddie pools are located at the First Floor. Each unit is entitled to complimentary pool access for up to three (3) registered guests. Any additional guest will be charged ₱100 per person. Payment may be settled via GCash or through Airbnb upon request. Pool Access Procedure: 1. Please approach the front desk to request a temporary pool access voucher. 2. Present the voucher to the pool attendant at the pool entrance. Note: The voucher is valid for one (1) day only and must be renewed daily if extended access is needed. Parking Rates: Car: ₱80 for up to 12 hours   ₱35 for the first 5 hours, plus ₱10 per additional hour Motorcycle: ₱35 flat rate for 24 hours Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM • Early Check-In Fee: ₱200/hour until 2:00 PM • Late Check-Out Fee: ₱200/hour until 5:00 PM • After 5:00 PM, a full night rate will be charged. Kindly inform us in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out. Approval is subject to availability. Laundry Services ❌ There is no in-unit washing machine ✔️ Laundry services are available nearby A laundry station is conveniently located near the main entrance of Avida Riala. Both wash-and-fold and self-service options are available for your convenience. Housekeeping • Fresh linens and towels are provided upon check-in. • For bookings of seven (7) nights or more, a complimentary general cleaning is provided once per week. • Daily cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. To maintain cleanliness and comfort, we recommend that guests clean the unit during their stay. • Should you wish to schedule housekeeping, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Note: We provide an initial supply of essentials such as tissue paper, body wash, liquid dish soap, and other basic toiletries. Once these have been consumed, guests are expected to replenish them at their own discretion.
