Private Entire Floor w/ Bathroom Bushwick/Bedstuy

This cozy, modern home has a private basement that is comfortable and quiet. I live upstairs with my boyfriend, his 2-year old corgie, and my two wonderful, sweet kitties, and will be there to take care of all of your needs, but give you all the privacy you desire. The space This large, cozy home is renovated with full sized appliances, such as a dishwasher and ice maker. The bedroom is very spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with luxuriously soft bedding, pillows and towels for intimate comfort. The dining room table can seat up to 8 for dining in, and the kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for all your cooking needs. And I live upstairs, so if you need to borrow a cup of sugar, just knock on her door! The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoos, conditioners, body wash, towels and toilet paper. There is a queen bed, nightstand and dresser and a large closet. There is an additional spare bedroom for storage and access to the backyard. The private den has a large, new sectional couch and a 65 inch UHD 4K TV with full access to my Netflix, Hulu, and tons of other network apps. I may use the basement occasionally for laundry, but otherwise it's guest-private. Double doors at the entrance provide additional security when you're out exploring the city or home and need a restful sleep, and a key code is provided for initial entry and easy check-in. Gated parking is available UPON REQUEST. I would need to make arrangements with the lot manager and get disclosures signed before any guests can use the parking lot! Guest access Guests have access to the entire basement, which they occupy privately. They also have access to the kitchen until 10pm and the dining room until 11pm. I live upstairs just past the kitchen, so feel free to text, call, or knock on my door for anything you need! There is also access from the basement to the private backyard. I have a nice gondola back there with a large seating/dining area, a propane grill, a firepit and I grow tomatoes all summer! Other things to note One very good girl corgie and two very sweet kitties live on this property. The dog and one kitty are exceptionally friendly and will want to meet you immediately, but one kitty can be naughty and is not to be trusted in your room. The other kitty is quite shy, but both are super sweet and don't bit or scratch unless seriously provoked (kids won't want to swing them around by the tail or grab Captain's belly).
