The space Mid century furnishings and decor were carefully curated for every space. We've sought out knick knacks and artwork that will bring you back in time and spark memories of yesteryear. The Spirit of '76 is booming in the primary bedroom. Cheerful yellow and groovy green are the themes of the other two bedrooms. All three, along with the living room, have flat screen smart TVs. The kitchen features working small appliances from the retro era, though modern amenities prevail. The spacious bathroom has a double bowl vanity, humungous mirror, and tub/shower combo with tile surround. Avocado green, harvest gold, and burnt orange vibes are strong in the main living space. A large, flat backyard featuring a patio space with table & chairs overlooks the neighboring pasture that is dotted with cattle. Guest access Guests are able to use the main floor & garage. A main floor owner's closet in the hallway and the basement are not for guest use. Other things to note New Haven is a great point of access to the Missouri River. The boat ramp access is located downtown just off the square, only three minutes away. There is plenty of room to park your boat or trailer in the spacious driveway at Ruthie's Place!
