The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly with a supermarket at the foot of the apartment, good restaurants, a park nearby... Located 4 minutes from Clichy Levallois station and 10 minutes from metro line 14 (Porte de Clichy) and line 13 (Mairie de Clichy). Toys and children's books available, and a travel crib, a potty, a child seat and a folding stroller. The space The apartment is spacious and bright on the 6th floor without elevator access. Sleeps 5 to 7 depending on the desired comfort. It is composed of: - a large equipped kitchen open to the living room. - a large master bedroom with a double bed. - Large children's room with single bed and 1 extra inflatable mattress (upon request). - 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed. Possibility to use the living room bench to sleep (length 190 cm). - a large bathroom with bathtub and double sink equipped with a washing machine. - Separate WC. All rooms have access to the balcony except the children's room and are equipped with external blinds. The view of the parked trains offers beautiful sunsets and no noise! Unobstructed view and view of the Eiffel Tower in winter! Lots of toys and children's books available. If you're coming with a baby or small child, we'll add a travel crib, potty and child seat. We have a folding stroller and a scooter available. We'll just ask you to feed our little fish. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, you can find everything you need there (supermarket at the foot of the apartment, several good restaurants and terraces in the neighborhood, park nearby, Clichy covered market 10 min walk). We can advise you on addresses and the best routes. Paris center (Saint Lazare station) is very easily accessible in 5 minutes by train. This is the apartment we live in, you will have access to all the necessary amenities but please let us know if you have any specific requests.
