🦋Hello! Two rooms are for rent, one of which will be for you. They are cozy with very comfortable new mattresses and areas full of space to rest, work or enjoy tea or coffee in peace. The house is spacious and has cozy common areas, like my little corner in the kitchen for an afternoon of relaxing with good coffee while enjoying the views. We are close to the beaches of Berria, Noja, Ajo, Santoña and Santander. We are 5 minutes from the A-8 and 15 minutes from the Fuente del Francés🦋. The space 🏡My home is surrounded by nature. It is a very spacious apartment that gets the 🌞 from sunrise, from the kitchen through the bedrooms to the living room. The dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your favorite dishes. There is a small garden/balcony where you can have breakfast. We are located in a quiet area near the valley. 🦍🐂🐄We usually have visitors since it's a pasture area. 🚘🚗🚙Plenty of parking outside the residential complex Guest access 🌻🌻🌻🌻 The room includes bedding and towels. The bathroom, shared with the other room, is always kept clean. Among the common areas, you will find a living room with a full view of the valley, natural light, and a dining room for your meals and dinners. There is a large table where you can enjoy your favorite dishes. It is a quiet home full of little spots where you can sit and enjoy a good book or whatever you feel like doing at the time, such as relaxing on the balcony off the kitchen. There are edible plants like parsley, chili peppers, and natural flowers 😉 During your stay 🦋If I can, I love welcoming guests and making them feel right at home. I'm available for whatever you need or for recommendations, but always allowing complete privacy. I'm usually not at home much due to work; most of the day, I'm working, but I'm just a WhatsApp message or phone call away, and I try to help as quickly as possible. 📱 Other things to note 🌷This is a smoke-free area, but you can smoke on the kitchen balcony; there is an ashtray provided for that purpose. 🪻We appreciate it if you keep the common areas clean and take care of the house's various spaces.
