The bathroom is shared between two rooms. The space The house consists of two floors. The 1st floor has two bedrooms (D and E), a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate entrance. This is where the room is located. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms (A, B and C), a living room, a full kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. We do have a biweekly cleaning service to clean the common areas (including bathrooms and kitchens) and maintain the house cleanliness. The house's main doors and all bedrooms have keyless smart locks for security, privacy, convenience, and easier check-in for all guests. The backyard offers a spacious lawn full of privacy for relaxation during sunny days. A ping pong table is also available for additional fun times. The house is in a prime location. It is located near shopping, dining, and entertainment in West Seattle. Quick access to downtown Seattle (15mins drive and 25 mins by transit), 6mins walking distance to the bus station, 1 mile away from South Seattle College, 14mins to Alki Beach, 15mins to SeaTac Airport, bus routes are nearby, and close to local schools, making it the ideal place to call home.
