The home using well water that has instant hot water. Gravel road recently had improvements, 4-wheel drive is still recommended. Low water bridges can have occasional water on heavy rains. Landline is on property for guest use in case of emergency. Ample space for trailers, outdoor ATVs, kayaks and more in gated property. Guest access There will be a key pad door entry for coming and going. The door works best when it is pulled closed with tension for improved lock function. Remote host assistance may help with initial access. There is ample parking. Multiple hosts available to assist live or nearby for any additional needs or questions. Guests have access to all necessary toiletries and complimentary laundry supplies and machines. Kitchen is typically but not guaranteed to be stocked with aluminum foil, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, butter, flour, sugar and other condiments for your convenience. Other things to note House Rules that are strictly enforced: • Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. • No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. • This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. • Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. • This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. . The upstairs carpets are light in color and shoes are requested to be removed prior to walking on the carpet.
