Located in a historic and refined building, the apartment welcomes you on the second floor, which can be easily reached by elevator. Our apartment is an explosion of light and warmth, thanks to its linear white decor, enriched by small decorative details that create a unique atmosphere. The spaces are large and give the feeling of airiness. The open-plan living area features a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The large living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. In this charming apartment, there are two extremely modern bathrooms. The first is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub (non-hydromassage) while the second has a comfortable and useful shower. Both bathrooms have all the amenities to make you feel at home. The first bedroom consists of a large QUEEN-SIZE bed and large built-in wardrobes that will allow you to conveniently store your clothes. The second bedroom consists of two single beds that can be joined depending on the needs of our customers. It also has large built-in closets. Both rooms have access to the charming balcony where you can sip a good glass of wine. This wonderful apartment is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, gas stovetop, oven, and fridge/freezer to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The new generation air conditioning and heating ensure an ideal temperature in any season. Guest access The condominium has two elevators. Currently, the first elevator that connects the street floor to the first floor is not operational: to access it, it will therefore be necessary to walk a few steps. From the first floor onwards, the second elevator is available and fully functional, which will take you comfortably to the apartment. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer automated check-in, allowing you maximum flexibility in arrival.
