This policy helps us maintain a respectful environment and protect our properties, following a few past incidents. The apartment is on level 3 floor of the new building consisting of 25 modern apartment and it was furnished to a 5 star standard. The leather sofa, real timber dinner and bed, quality white goods, beautiful bed linen, towel and tasteful color scheme will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment has a 30 Sqm balcony with city view and lake view. The ventilation is great if you leave the window open and let the natural breeze to come in, although there are THREE air-conditioner units to cool or warm the space. This is located in the city centre in City of Canning, you will find it more convenient and fun than CBD where restaurants opens until 10:00pm, 24 hours Macdonald, cinema to midnight, Victoria parks cafe and restaurant strips filled with Asian, Western Cuisines and popular bars open till very late.
