(called the Maldives of Salento) Ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The villa was built in the 1980s and has just undergone a complete restoration in the spring of 2024. There is parking for 2 cars. The space The house is set up to accommodate up to 8 people and consists of two communicating units: a main three-room apartment and an adjacent studio, connected to each other and rented as a single solution. The three-room apartment includes: • 2 double bedrooms • 1 bath • 1 kitchen • habitable living room with sofa beds and access to the veranda The studio includes: • 1 master bedroom • Private bathroom • kitchen Outside, there are: • veranda and area under the porch • Barbecue area equipped with sink • Outdoor shower • 2 dining tables • parking In the case of bookings with a number of guests lower than the maximum capacity, the studio can be kept closed. For larger groups, the entire house is made available exclusively. Other things to note We kindly inform our guests that during the high season, i.e., from mid-July to the end of August, the villa can be booked for a minimum of seven days and a maximum of 28 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Guests are kindly informed that there is an additional fee of €90 for the final cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay, to be paid no later than the first day of check-in.
