Ideal location, close to everything downtown West Palm Beach has to offer. Walk to The Square (Formerly City Place), Kravis Center and Convention Center, bike to the beach and Palm Beach Island. The space The cottage is a separate mother-in-law suite behind the main house in the back of the property. It has its own private entrance with a keypad for easy check-in / check-out. It also has a small private outdoor seating area for guests to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Inside the cottage you will find stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs as well as your standard condiments and pantry items, Keurig coffee maker with pods, High Speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TV. You have access to two bikes available for your use any time during your stay. The property is on very quiet street (not a through street) with free street parking available at all hours of the day. If guests need to do laundry during their stay they may use the the laundry room off of the main house by requesting access. Guest access There is a private entrance to the cottage which you will have all to yourself. There is a keypad on the door for self check-in so no need to worry about driving time or late flights. Other things to note Please note that the cottage is on a shared property with our main house where we live so we ask that no other guests aside from the guests on the reservation (maximum 2 people) access the property.
