It comes with 2 queen beds, 3 futons, 2 twin beds. The camp has a fenced backyard for the puppies. The pier is lighted and has a fish cleaning station. The lot is 1 acre with 100 ft waterfront. Plenty of room to park boats and RV's. We are in an area that is rural so beware of snakes, varmints, and critters. Helicopter parking available Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house and pier except the outside storage area.
