Hello, and welcome to Omotenashi HOTEL Asakusa! Our rooms are within walking distance of central Asakusa. The building was newly constructed in April 2024, and all facilities are brand new. We have several rooms, making it suitable for both small and large groups. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so we’re confident you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay. The host lives nearby and is available to support you during your stay. The space The room can accommodate up to 3 guests, but it may feel cramped for three. We recommend 2 guests for a comfortable stay. This type of room is located on an upper floor of the building. Please note that there is no elevator, so you will need to use the stairs. Carrying luggage may be a bit challenging, but the rate is slightly lower compared to rooms on lower floors. The room number will be provided the day before your stay. ◆ Access -10-minute walk from Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station -19-minute walk from Asakusa Station (Asakusa Line, Ginza Line, Tobu Skytree Line) A taxi costs from Asakusa Station around 1,000 JPY, so we recommend taking one if you have a lot of luggage. -2-minute walk to a bus stop with direct service to Ueno Station (Yamanote Line) ◆ Airport Transfer Service We can arrange airport transfers with large vehicles: Narita Airport: 30,000 JPY (one way, up to around 8 people per vehicle) Haneda Airport: 20,000 JPY (one way, up to around 8 people per vehicle) *Advance reservation is required for this service. ◆ 21㎡ Studio Apartment: This apartment consists of a single room that serves as both the living and sleeping area, along with a kitchen and a bathroom. To maximize space, we provide two Japanese-style futons (80cm x 200cm) and a sofa bed (100cm x 200cm). The cozy and inviting interior is ideal for both short and long stays. A smart TV is also available for watching movies or streaming content. *The room is located on an upper floor. There is no elevator in the building, so please take note. ◆ Fully equipped kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals and try local ingredients. Feel free to prepare anything from breakfast to dinner at your own pace. ◆ Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi is available for remote work or streaming your favorite content. ◆ Convenient location Asakusa is one of Japan's most popular sightseeing areas with easy access to other major attractions. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with both residential homes and local shops, including many cafes and restaurants. ◆ Clean and Safe Environment We prioritize cleanliness and guest safety above all. Each room is thoroughly cleaned after every checkout. During your stay, you are welcome to use the provided cleaning tools to keep the space tidy. If you would like our cleaning staff to clean the room during your stay, an additional fee will apply. ◆ Room Details Living room: Air conditioner, low table, TV, sofa bed (100cm x 200cm), 2 sets of futon sets (80cm x 200cm) Kitchen: Two burner IH stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes, mugs, cooking utensils, cutting board, knife, chopsticks, forks, spoons (Please note that seasonings such as salt and pepper are not provided.) Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bathtub, Sink, hair dryer, face towels, bath towels Storage space: Hangers, iron, vacuum cleaner Amenities: Bath towels and hand towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are available for use. Toothbrushes and razors are not provided. Towel and linen replacement service by the host is available for 3,000 JPY per service. If you would like to request this, please send a message at least one day in advance. The in-room washing machine and bathroom drying function are free to use. Please keep the room clean. If the room is used in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Guest access This is a completely private room, and there are no shared spaces with other guests inside. Other things to note By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms: -Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb the neighbors. Kindly keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM. -Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area outside the building. A special cleaning fee of 30,000 JPY will be charged if smoking is detected inside the premises. -Parties and other noisy activities are not allowed in the room. -Please remove your shoes when entering the room. -Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted. -Please treat the furniture and equipment with care. In case of any damage, please inform us immediately. -Do not leave small children alone in the room. -Cancellations will be handled in accordance with Airbnb’s cancellation policy. If you are concerned about last-minute cancellations, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges for damages. ◆ Request for producing of passports, etc. for identification purposes The Government of Japan, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, requires foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan to give the information of their nationalities and passport numbers in addition to their names, addresses and contact information, etc. in the register of lodgers when staying at a lodging.
