Hosted by me and my sister Kendra! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. About a 10 minute drive to the gorge amphitheater for concerts and a 5-10 minute walk to the river to cool down! Sunland store is open seasonally located right up the street from our house. The boat launch is about 5 minutes from our house. There is a few shuttles that will run you up to the gorge and back but it is advised to contact them early on as they fill up fast if they are available. The space Air conditioned home that has been in our family for 27 years! Partially updated with some of the old charm. 2 bedrooms with 4 beds which include 2 queen beds and 2 twins. Top bunk bed not meant for anyone over 200 pounds. One full bathroom with big spa tub. Stocked kitchen and BBQ equipment. Our old charcoal BBQ grill is available to use. We have a Keurig and a coffee pot. Fire extinguisher located in the kitchen and bathroom. Living room with Smart Tv, DVD player and plenty of games to choose from! Service can be spotty in this area and we do offer WIFI on the property! Large deck with comfy patio furniture. Big yard with partial fencing. Plenty of parking! We have a NO SHOE policy inside our house. Please remove your shoes at the door. We have a Nintendo 64 with 4 game controllers. Please be careful with them as they are classics :) Guest access Guests have full access to the house besides one closet. The garage, shed, truck and 5th wheel are off limits. There is a boat launch right by the sunland entrance if you bring any water crafts. Sunland has a community pool and tennis court but unfortunately it is only accessible to home owners. There is a park called rattlesnake cove by the entrance to Sunland and it is a great place to swim! Other things to note Eastern WA does experience highwinds and sometimes smokey conditions due to fires. There is a burn ban during summer so campfires/fires are not allowed during the warm months(May-Oct). If you smoke cigarettes please do not toss them into the yard/gravel whatsoever(even if they are put out). Please throw them away after putting them all the way out. Cave B Winery is located a few miles away. You can enjoy the views while sipping wine! Cell service can be limited down in sunland due to the cliffs. Guests are expected to read and honor House Rules. No parties allowed. Only booked guests can be on the property at all times. By booking, guest is agreeing to honor all house rules, including number of guests. All damages/stolen items will be expected to be payed for. We are making some updates to our yard/driveway area so there is a pile of gravel by entrance.
