This spacious residence features 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and designated parking. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, various oils and seasonings, and a selection of cookbooks for crafting delicious home-cooked meals. The open-concept living space boasts a Smart TV, a cozy loveseat, and two plush lounge chairs, ideal for movie nights or relaxed conversations. Step outside to enjoy the Florida weather on the patio, where you can demonstrate your grill master skills or unwind after a day at WEC. The home also offers a variety of games to keep everyone entertained when you're not exploring Ocala. The master suite is a serene sanctuary with a king-sized bed and high-quality bedding, complete with a plush lounge chair for reading. The second and third bedrooms are equally inviting, each featuring a queen-sized bed and premium bedding for a restful night's sleep. We welcome your furry friends with open arms, allowing up to 2 housebroken dogs. A small basket of pet essentials, including food and water bowls, a blanket, towels, toys, and waste baggies, is provided for your convenience. Please ensure you clean up after your pets using the provided baggies in the laundry room linen closet. To get you started, we provide the following necessities: ⭐️ Dish soap ⭐️ (3) Dishwasher pods ⭐️ (1) Kitchen sponge ⭐️ (3) Trash bags ⭐️ (1) Roll of paper towels in the kitchen ⭐️ (2) Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom ⭐️ (3) Laundry pods Additionally, enjoy our complimentary welcome amenities: ⭐️ A basket of assorted snacks ⭐️ (4) Bottled waters ⭐️ Keurig coffee station (with K-Cups, creamer cups, sugar, sweeteners, stirrer sticks) ⭐️ Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and soap in each bathroom Please note that any additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the entire home and property, minus the owner's closet. The owner’s closet is located in the primary suite bathroom and is kept locked at all times. FREE Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. For those guests that would prefer being able to meet someone at the property and be shown around, please make sure you arrange this ahead of time to ensure that we are able to accommodate your request. Other things to note ⭑ HOUSE RULES ⭑ 1. Please treat our home with the same love and respect you would your own home. Please leave our place in the same condition as you found it, including moving all furniture back to where it was upon arrival. 2. Although we are pet friendly, we request that you only bring well-behaved dogs only and NO MORE THAN 2 DOGS. No pets without a leash outside of the home or backyard. No puppies. No cats. Please clean up after your dog, this is not included in our yard maintenance or cleaning fee. You must have prior approval for each dog that you plan to bring. 3. Check-in is at 4 pm. We will send a key code to you before check-in. 4. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we require mid-stay house cleaning. This can be arranged and paid directly to our cleaner. 5. Absolutely NO parking on the grass. 6. Please do not use bathroom towels to remove makeup or to clean spills. Please use provided black make-up towels or face pads. 7. ALWAYS lock the doors when you leave the house. 8. We are a totally SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. We thank you for your cooperation with this. 9. No fireworks of any kind. 10. Please respect our very quiet neighborhood and keep it quiet after 10pm. This is a place to relax and not your place if you want to party. No parties, events, or large gatherings. If we get complaints from the neighbors or you violate these house rules, you will be removed from the property and your reservation will be canceled without refund. 11. You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests during your stay. 12. Do not block security cameras (exterior at the doors) or tamper with WIFI, doing so is subject to immediate termination of stay with no refund. 13. We have weekly trash service on Thursday, kindly take your trash out to the end of the driveway on Wednesday night for Thursday morning pick-up. 14. We are on a septic system, do not flush anything other than toilet paper and human waste or it will clog up. 15. Please don’t leave doors open as wasps and yellow jackets among many other bugs are prevalent in the area. No matter how clean we keep the house a bug or two may sneak in, don’t be alarmed, this is common for the area. If there is a bug problem, please notify us immediately and we will have it taken care of. 16. Please understand that the house is in a rural area, near open fields. You may see or encounter wildlife while in our home. This includes but is not limited to possums, skunks, armadillos, foxes, mice, spiders, bees, wasps, crickets, and ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We can not control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. 17. No access to the locked closet in the master bathroom as this is our supply closet. 18. The yard is maintained every Wednesday. 19. No guests that are not listed in the rental agreement. 20. No drug use, including marijuana. 21. No use of outdoor spaces or activities after 10pm. 22. Check-Out Time: Your check out time is 10:00 am. Guests who need a late check-out (any time after 10am) must request it 48 hours prior to check out. We aim to please, if we do not have another guest checking in that day and we are able to reschedule our cleaning person for a later time, we will. 23. Minimum age for registered primary guest is 25 years. 24. Guests are not permitted to charge their electric vehicles using the electricity supply at Boho Bungalow. In addition to the potential health and safety and security issues of having open windows with trailing leads, none of the sockets at Boho Bungalow have been certified as safe to use to charge a vehicle, even with the use of a ‘Granny charger’. This practice carries significant risk of fire and/or damage to our property or your vehicle. Our insurance policy excludes cover relating to this practice and you would be strictly liable for any damage caused. Guests are responsible for finding electric car charging points for general public use nearby. 25. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to repair or replace it. If it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
