Guest access The villa is spread over 3 floors: 1)The first floor at ground level (where the car is parked) offers an indoor garage, a bedroom with a private bathroom, and a laundry room. 2) The second one which includes a fully equipped kitchen, the indoor and outdoor dining room, the living room with functional TV, fireplace, the first bedroom and a private bathroom. 3) On the top floor you will find two bedrooms (both with terraces), an additional boat bed in an open room along the corridor with the shared bathroom of the floor. In the second room of the floor there is a blue star-spangled sofa bed which can accommodate other 2 people. (Total unofficial guests: 11). Other things to note Our beautiful villa is available for short stays, such as relaxing weekends, as well as longer rentals, perfect for the summer months or the cooler seasons. In summer, it’s the ideal place to enjoy one of the most stunning coastlines in Liguria, while in autumn and winter, it becomes a paradise for outdoor sports enthusiasts.
