Private and cozy chalet about 780m from the beach of Maresias. Suite with air conditioning, Wi Fi (optical fiber), Smart TV HD with Netflix and cable TV, balcony, wooden deck with hammock, parking and external shower. Private kitchen equipped with fridge, electric cook top, microwave, sandwich maker and basic utensils. You can choose between a king size or two twin beds. We offer good quality linens and bath towels upon arrival, along with a chair and parasol. We accept Pets! The space We provide two fiber optic wi-fi networks from different providers. In the main network it arrives around 600MB (exclusively for the chalets) and in the reserve network it arrives around 60MB. The place is ideal for those who want to stay in contact with nature without giving up comfort. A nice little spot along a quiet road in Maresias near the beach and away from crowd. Our water is pure from a preserved stretch of Serra do Mar and we have an ecological system of effluent treatment developed through biological filter. There is no need for any kind of contact with staff or other guests: -Self check in system; -Independent entrance and parking; -Private kitchen; -External area separated by wooden fence. We follow cleaning and sanitizing protocols. We make available to guests upon arrival: -Spray alcohol 70; -Alcohol gel; -Detergent and dishwashing sponge; -Multi-use cleaner; - Liquid soap in the bathroom; -Bathroom disinfectant and floor cloth; -Broom and squeegee Guest access All chalets have an independent entrance and are private. There is nothing that is shared. Each suite can be arranged with either a king size bed or two single beds. We have Wi Fi with fiber optic internet (good quality). Chalets with split air conditioning, Smart cable HD TV and Netflix, bed linen and towels (Trousseau), parking and external shower. The space consists of a wooden table, covered porch, wooden deck with swing net and built-in kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a minibar, two-burner electric cook top, sandwich maker, microwave and basic utensils (wine/craft beer glasses, bowls, corkscrews, mugs, pots, plates, cutlery, thermos, coffee filter, etc.). We do offer salt, other cooking itens shall be brought by the guests. Other things to note We rent bikes and surfboards. If interested, book before arrival.
