This is our home that we rent while we are away. 2 bedroom (1 with a king, and one with a king that converts to 2 twin), 2 full bath, and a huge, fully equip chef's kitchen. The third room is set up as an office, but could fit an air mattress. Pet friendly with off-street parking and a fully fenced backyard. Close to everything Athens, OU, and the Hocking Hills have to offer. 1 block away from a trail head that connects to over 25 miles of trails. 3rd bedroom is set up as an office. Other things to note There is a second unit upstairs that we rent out as well. They can be rented together if availability allows. The sunroom, backyard, and front yard are shared. There is ample locked bicycle storage which is also shared with the upstairs tenants.
