Your friends and family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located log cabin. 15-minute drive to nearby attractions: Saratoga Springs Racetrack, Lake George village, Adirondack mountains, Six Flags Great Escape. Cozy, warm, and spacious with plenty of land for a peaceful stay. Animals are allowed with a $15 fee per stay. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom essentials, wood for indoor and outdoor fireplace, swimming pool. Sleeps 7 comfortably, we can accommodate 8-10 ppl The space *Private spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. *Ample parking *Each room and Livingroom has TV with Roku. *MAIN FLOOR there is a pantry, stocked common bathroom with a stall shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room space with A/C unit and fireplaces. *LIVING ROOM we have 1 DAYBED in reading nook, 2 couches and 1 lounge chair w/ottoman in sunroom with wood stove, can sleep 4 people, extra pillows and blankets provided. *UPSTAIRS we have an A/C unit, 1 KING bedroom w/reading nook with private bathroom, stall shower and closet with hangers and suitcase rack. *BASEMENT we have a laundry room with WASHER and DRYER access, laundry essentials provided. As well as 1 QUEEN bed (private room) w/reading nook with dresser and A/C unit, 1 BUNKBED equipped with a TWIN and FULL bed set up (private room). Basement has a community closet with hangers and suitcase racks. *Each bed has fresh pillows, sheets and down comforters with throw blankets. Will provide extra blankets in common closet in basement. Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom essentials are provided. Precut fire wood for fire pit. *The pool shed has some tubs/noodles and outdoor games to enjoy some fresh air and activities! *Ice bath *Get cozy with some throw blankets from the living room and roast some marshmallows by the backyard fire pit, help yourself to fresh cut wood and cardboard! *Enjoy our backyard grill and picnic table for your parties convince to enjoy a meal by the fire! ***MUST BE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT (25y/o) TO USE THE SUNROOM WOOD STOVE FIRE PLACE** ** A/C unit in living room space, King bedroom and basement Queen bedroom. Wall heater in basement Queen bedroom. ***THERE MUST BE A RESPONSBILE ADULT (21y/o) WATCHING CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15y/o IN POOL AT ALL TIMES** **Our neighbors are very close by so please be mindful of noise levels. Quiet hours from 7pm-9am!* ***Animals are allowed with a $15 fee per stay we’re happy to accommodate your fur babies. Preferably 3 pets max. Bring their own beds and crates. Animals must be on leash outside with supervision of the pets owner, there is no fence and there is a busy road in-front of the property. Cannot leave pets outside tied to leash, pet owner must accompany pet at all times. We ask that your pets are crated in the mudroom/entrance when left unattended. Owner of pets must accept all responsibility of keeping pets secured at all times. It is the pet owners responsibility to use flea prevention and clean up after your pet inside the house, must clean outside premises. Waste bags can be provided for you. Any pet waste not picked up will incur a $150.00 cleaning fee. Pet owner will be liable for any property damage caused by pet and will incur an appropriate fee to replace or repair damages.*** ***NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY SUBSTANCE IN THE HOUSE*** Any evidence of smoking indoors or cigarette butts left on the grounds will incur a $150.00 cleaning fee.*** ***No extra guests or visitors are allowed without permission from the host. This rule is NON-NEGOTIABLE, and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund if this rule is broken.*** ***Early check-in may be permitted if organized and communicated in a timely fashion. No guarantees.*** ***Late checkouts are not permitted without host approval. Any late check-out times past 11:30 am - 1 pm will incur a $50 late check-out fee. Any late check-out from 1 pm - 4 pm that interferes with a new reservation arriving will incur another night's stay going at the current rate every day until departure. Please respect our check-out times as our cleaning crew is scheduled to arrive at 11:30 am.*** ***By renting our home, you agree to these terms. Any violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund*** Guest access Guests are welcome to use the main floor, the upstairs, and downstairs of the house. Also, the front and back yard, pool, shed, and fire pit are accessible. The garage is off-limits. Other things to note We took the liberty of making a welcome guest book to help maximize your experience filled with local restaurants, family attractions, ice cream spots, breweries, wineries, coffee shops, breakfast spots, lunch, and dinner from Lake George to Saratoga! There is plenty to do around here from hiking, dining, amusement parks, mini/golfing, shopping and so much more!
