The room is Part of a basement apartment that has 2 rooms and a shared living room and bathroom. There is a table to prep your food. There is a fridge ,microwave, coffee machine an 85' TV in the guests living room just for the guests. There is an outdoor living space for guests which is on the concrete pad. It has a shared bathroom with one other room. SMOKING OR VAPING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THIS HOUSE PLEASE. I.e includes main entrance corridor outside . Check in 3pm/ out 11am. The space This property is a new build in 2021. And is on a very quiet neighborhood, safe. Close to the st thomas hospital about 5 mins. Most amenities are like restaurants and shopping center is within 5 to 8 mins. The port Stanley Beach is a breathtaking environment, with restaurants, beaches, water rides , the famous Shawn ice cream etc. You can't go wrong for a small town like this.
