“The Matchings” Cozy Annex Jewel

The Matchings is a small annexe in a uniquely created space with private access and off road parking. There is a pretty outside space for guests. It is only a 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach and a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. The space We have worked very hard developing this beautiful space to welcome guests. We have provided our guests with a comfortable double bed, ensuite shower room and a petite kitchenette. You will have use of a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, everything you need for your stay in Braunton. Please note there is no oven or hob. The bedroom has ample drawer space, a double wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a dressing table with lovely big mirror. There are two chairs and small table for any snacks of meals. The kitchenette has cutlery, glasses, mugs plates and bowls. The microwave, kettle and toaster are easy to use and the coffee machine has a manual in the bottom drawer for reference. The fridge is of ample size to store fresh produce. Tea, filter coffee, sugar and instant coffee will be provided along side a few milk sachets to tide you over for the first couple of hot drinks. In the ensuite the power shower is digital and very user friendly. Guest access A dedicated parking space is outside The Matchings. Access to the property is via the steps in front of the property.
