This is a mountain retreat with amazing views located just two miles from downtown Julian. Come enjoy a stay in a one bedroom, 1 &1/2 bath with over 1200 modernized square feet of space. Sit on the deck to see the amazing views including surreal moon rises and sunrises. The view starts at the edge of Julian and goes as far as the Salton Sea on clear days. The space The property is two miles from downtown Julian. The last half mile of road is a dirt road depending on rain and snow amounts it can be bumpy. Our cleaners and the neighbor both have standard sedans to get into to the property. During or shortly after recent snow fall chains are required to get to the property. Guest access This rental is the main part of the house there is another rental unit attached to the main house. Each unit has there own entrance and everything is separate from each other. The only shared spaces is the driveway, parking is separated.
