The house is suitable for 5 guests, comprising of two double rooms, a single room and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a large kitchen with modern appliances, a reception/dining room with a wood burning stove, as well as a second living room. The house is beautifully appointed with both modern and vintage interiors. There is a front and back garden, providing ample privacy and sun traps. The village of Timoleague is on Irelands southern coast, 30 miles from Cork City, nestled between the towns of Kinsale (30 minutes drive) and Clonakilty (15 minutes drive) along The Wild Atlantic Way. Timoleague has great accessibility to various beaches, including Harbour View, Dunworley, and the seaside village of Courtmacsherry. There are two local pubs, a grocery store and the well renowned restaurant Monks Lane, all located within a walking distance from the house. The house and location would be suitable for those travelling around the west and southern coast of Ireland, looking to explore nearby towns and villages, and historic sites. The house is very well suited for those who may require extra support with their mobility. There is step free access to both the house and the garden patio, as well as handrails strategically placed in the bathoom. Owners can also provide a wheelchair and seated shower facilities should it be required. A welcome basket with basic necessities will be provided to ensure you have a pleasant arrival experience. Should you require airport transfer services or have an event/somewhere to get to, the owner also offers private limousine and taxi services and holds all relevent lisencing. Kindly note the owners do not accept parties, this includes Bachelorette or Bachelor parties. The house is also not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a no pet policy in the house, however all service dogs are welcome. Guest access Guests can use the entire house. Kindly note that the outside garden shed is not for guest use.
