Ardéchoise house in nature

The house surrounded by meadows and forests is perfect for lovers of nature, cycling, hiking, rivers and lakes, while being 3 km from the town Le Cheylard with all amenities. Sleeps 8 for large families and holidays with friends, equipped kitchen, shaded terrace, garden, a spring and the river below. Very nice view in all the rooms. The accommodation is very bright. The house and water are heated by an oil boiler. The space We enter through an entrance hall then the open kitchen to the dining room and living room. At the back is the master bedroom with its private bathroom and toilet. A back kitchen-laundry, toilet and garage complete the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 toilets. Each bedroom includes 2 identical single beds that can be joined or separated as desired, 2 tables and 2 bedside lamps plus a desk and chairs. Only the middle bedroom upstairs has trundle beds, 1 table and bedside lamp and a small desk with chair.
